• Reporting car accidents

To report a car accident, the person involved is kindly requested to report in person and arrange for the damaged vehicle to be viewed by the insurance company.

The following documents are required in case of material damage:
• Endorsed police report (accident sketch) and accident filing fees;
• Statement of accident to be filled in person at the company by the third party;
• A copy of the car license that was affective on the date of the accident;
• A copy of the driver's license that was affective on the date of the accident<;/li>
• A copy of the insurance contract of the third party;
• If the third party was an establishment or commercial business, the commercial registry number/document should be submitted and those authorized to sign on behalf of this entity should attend;
• If the insurance contract is arranged through a company financing the car purchase or if the vehicle is mortgaged by a certain party, a letter of no-objection from these parties should be submitted.
• In case of body injuries
• Endorsed police report (accident sketch);
• A form to be filled by the driver at the company offices detailing the accident;
• A copy of the car license that was affective on the date of the accident;
• A copy of the driver's license that was affective on the date of the accident;
• A copy of the insurance contract of the third party
• Initial medical report;
• Final medical report;
• Medical treatment bills;
• A statement signed by of the injured person testifying that treatment bills have been paid by the applicant.
• In case of death
• Initial and final medical report (Coroner’s examination report);
• Death certificate;
• Family registry book;
• Custody document in case minors are involved and inheritance distribution statement;
• Endorsed court ruling;
• A medical report on the death case/ corpse examination.
