This covers any loss or damage to the property i.e.

• Buildings;
• Machinery and other contents;
• Stock.

Arising out of fire/lightning and the following additional covers:

• Earthquake.
• Storm , Tempest and Food.
• Explosion.
• Dropped of aircraft or other aerial devices or articles dropped therefrom.
• Strike , Riot and Civil Commotion and Malicious damage.
• Escape of water from any tank , apparatus or pipe.
• Impact of vehicles not related to the Insured.
• Loss or damage due to burglary or theft involving entry to or exit from the premises by forcible and violent means.
